What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) - meaning "Universal Life Energy" in Japanese, is the system of natural healing for the mind, body and spirit. Energy that surrounds all things flows through the practitioner to the recipient promoting health and natural healing.

Treatment can be both relaxing and invigorating to receive and is carried out by the gentle process of laying of hands onto the recipient's body. There is no physical manipulation involved making it a suitable treatment for all. Reiki can never harm and it doesn't interfere with any other treatments or medication.
